WELL DONE THIS WEEK TO…

Sophie Wallis in Mrs. Turner’s class! Mrs. Turner says that Sophie has made a GREAT effort all round-but especially her good use of her maths skills this week!! Also in Class 1 Summer Johnson has been making a really good effort to finish her work and reading back through it herself (something lots of us forget to do!!). In Mr. Martin’s class Keri Rose has produced some ‘outstanding’ work in her Numeracy! Wow! Mr. Martin was very impressed! And Tia Devy has a mention for ALWAYS being polite and cheerful and a ‘model for other children of how to behave’!! Well Done Tia! Bradley Edwards, Alex Taplin and Stephanie Wardenier in Class 3 have all impressed Mrs. Greenfield for their ‘great work’ in Numeracy as well as trying so hard-so well done Year 6!! Lots of super Maths work in school!! Talking of which…Miss. Brakespear has also been impressed with... Bradley Edwards, Alex Taplin, Stephanie Wardenier as well as Cherry Gilchrist, Emma Speed, and Darian Connelly for the ‘great work’ they have been doing in their Booster Classes with her! Fantastic stuff-got to keep it up now!!! Mrs. File would like ALL of the Foundation Stage to have stickers for their hard work this term-and Mrs. File says ‘keep up the good work guys’!!! Mrs. Howitt has asked that all of her Quest (Literacy) Booster group have stickers as they have been working really hard to beat their targets AND to develop their independent reading! Brilliant! She would like to particularly mention Tristan Clements, Damion Clements and Leon Dean for all their hard work with their spelling of some rather tricky words!! Well Done! I know you have been working hard! I would like a mention for ALL of Year 5 who were excellent on their trip to Sherwood Forest yesterday! Scott was busy reading the information out, Orren had a whip round of loose change to buy the driver a present (a very nice key ring) as she was so kind and helpful, Nicki showed us around (she had been there before)-everyone was a pleasure to be with!! Finally Mrs. Howitt has left a note saying: ‘A big mention to everyone for their behaviour at lunchtime, especially the children who have packed lunches, as they have become really well organised and also people who have hot school lunches for standing nicely in a line’!! (I think that is everyone!!-Well Done!!)

Golden Duster this week goes to Class 3!! (Who have kept the ‘balloon table-what are they for?????? And the rest of the classroom tidy this week!!! )
